Sales Tax:  Sales Tax applies to all orders shipped to a Louisiana address.  There is no sales tax charged for any other state.

 

Payment Methods:  I currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal or Money Orders.  Please note, if paying by money order, orders will not be shipped until money order is received.

 

U.S. Shipping:  We currently ship via USPS.  If you would prefer UPS or Fed-Ex please contact us.  Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and are normally shipped within 2 business days.  Express Mail orders placed after 12 pm Central Time will be shipped the next business day.

 

International Shipping:  We ship worldwide via the U.S. Postal Service.  Please note that First Class and Priority International do not come with U.S. tracking numbers, they come with a customs form# that may be used in your country to inquire with your postal service.

*Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

*These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

*Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

*PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME to mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

 

Returns:  We would like to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one.  If there is a need for return, you will be offered a refund through your original payment method.  Please follow the following instructions to facilitate a return:

  • Contact us within 10 days of the day you receive your order to get a Return Authorization Number before returning any merchandise
  • RAN# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package
  • Merchandise must be in new condition, must not have been worn and tags still attached, without the smell of smoke and free of pet hair

ExchangesPurchases may be exchanged within 10 days of the day you receive the order. All exchanges are treated as new orders. Simply order the new item online, we'll process the new order & ship it promptly. Your account will be credited (minus the shipping charge) when we received your return. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number before returning any merchandise. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Merchandise must be in original brand new condition, including intact tags and packaging, without the smell of smoke and free of pet hair.
